It has been a very busy and interesting week. I've written elsewhere about the Tua Pek Kong Temple procession and our Kai Joo Lane foray.
But there have also been another couple of informative events:

And -- of course -- there has been more good food, simply because this is Kuching:
Nam Joo's classic fruit rojak. I'm a bit wary of rojak, as it's sometimes too sweet and gloppy. Nam Joo's is neither. Big tick
And Windmeal now do pleasantly crispy kaya-and-butter croissants. With half-boiled eggs, they're a nice variant on a classic Malaysian breakfast
