Monday 24 was Deepavali. In line with Not Celebrating Anything Ever Again, we snuck up on the occasion by deciding at the last minute to have an Indian meal delivered, only to find our target restaurant was closed. Well, fair enough, they probably WERE celebrating... Instead we ordered food from Geylang. Fish in buttermilk sauce; kung pao squid; and belacan ferns. Excellent. No photos, because I served it so sloppily.
We've also done a little more WAKing over the last week or so.
